1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Kickpoint Golf LLC handles information when authorized users access Kickpoint Assistant.

Kickpoint Assistant is a private business application intended for authorized Kickpoint Golf LLC users. It is not intended as a public consumer service.

2. Information the Application May Access

Depending on the connected services and the user's authorized request, Kickpoint Assistant may access business information such as:

- customer names and identifiers;
- invoices and invoice amounts;
- customer balances and accounts receivable information;
- payment and credit information when needed to interpret authoritative accounting records;
- sales and financial reporting data;
- order, shipment, status, quantity, and customer information from operational systems;
- technical authentication and access information needed to secure the application.

3. QuickBooks Online Data

Kickpoint Assistant may access QuickBooks Online data through Intuit's authorized APIs after Kickpoint Golf LLC authorizes the connection.

The QuickBooks integration is designed for predefined, read-only business operations.

Kickpoint Assistant does not provide users with a generic QuickBooks API proxy and is not intended to create, edit, delete, or post QuickBooks accounting transactions.

QuickBooks remains the authoritative source for accounting values retrieved through the integration.

4. Microsoft 365 and Operational Data

Kickpoint Assistant may access specifically authorized Microsoft 365 resources through Microsoft Graph.

Operational data may include order, shipment, quantity, status, customer, and related business information from authorized Kickpoint Golf LLC or service-provider files.

Access is limited to configured resources and is not intended to provide a general Microsoft Graph or file-browsing interface.

5. Authentication and Access Control

Kickpoint Assistant uses access-control services to restrict the application to authorized users.

Authentication-related information may include:

- authorized email address;
- authentication session information;
- access-control events;
- technical request metadata necessary for security and operation.

Kickpoint Golf LLC uses these controls to prevent unauthorized access and to protect business information.

6. OAuth Tokens and Credentials

Credentials, client secrets, access tokens, and refresh tokens are not intentionally exposed to end users.

QuickBooks OAuth token state is stored only as needed to maintain the authorized connection.

Persisted QuickBooks OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage using application-level encryption, and encryption keys and client secrets are stored separately as protected runtime secrets.

7. How Information Is Used

Information accessed through Kickpoint Assistant is used to:

- answer authorized business questions;
- provide operational and financial summaries;
- retrieve authoritative records from connected systems;
- secure and authenticate access;
- maintain the authorized QuickBooks connection;
- troubleshoot, protect, and operate the application;
- improve the reliability and security of the internal service.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Kickpoint Assistant is designed to minimize duplication of authoritative business data.

The application does not intentionally replicate QuickBooks accounting records into a separate application accounting database.

Certain technical information may be retained as necessary to operate the service, including encrypted OAuth token state and security or platform logs.

Retention by third-party infrastructure providers may also be governed by their service configurations and applicable terms.

When a connection or authorization is no longer required, Kickpoint Golf LLC may revoke access and remove associated application credentials or token state as appropriate.

9. Sharing of Information

Kickpoint Golf LLC does not use Kickpoint Assistant to sell personal or business information.

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the application, including providers of:

- accounting APIs;
- cloud infrastructure;
- identity and access management;
- Microsoft 365 services;
- security and networking services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or to protect the security, rights, or property of Kickpoint Golf LLC or others.

10. Third-Party Services

Kickpoint Assistant currently may rely on services provided by organizations such as:

- Intuit QuickBooks Online;
- Microsoft;
- Cloudflare.

Those providers process information under their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and service agreements.

Kickpoint Golf LLC is an independent developer and does not claim endorsement by these providers.

11. Security

Kickpoint Golf LLC uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information accessed by Kickpoint Assistant.

These safeguards include measures such as:

- restricted user access;
- authentication controls;
- read-only application design for business-data operations;
- protected runtime secrets;
- encrypted QuickBooks OAuth token persistence;
- bounded and predefined backend operations;
- sanitized application errors;
- separation of sandbox and production environments.

No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. User Responsibilities

Authorized users are responsible for protecting their own accounts, authentication methods, devices, and any confidential information obtained through the application.

Users should immediately report suspected unauthorized access or misuse.

13. Children's Privacy

Kickpoint Assistant is a business application and is not directed to children.

Kickpoint Golf LLC does not knowingly design this application to collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Kickpoint Golf LLC may update this Privacy Policy as the application, connected services, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published at this page with an updated effective date.
