Kickpoint Assistant is a private, read-only business information application operated by Kickpoint Golf LLC for authorized users. It is designed to provide controlled access to Kickpoint business information, including operational order data and financial information retrieved from connected business systems.

2. Authorized Use

Access to Kickpoint Assistant is restricted to users expressly authorized by Kickpoint Golf LLC.

You may use the application only for legitimate Kickpoint Golf LLC business purposes and only within the permissions granted to you.

You may not:

- attempt to bypass authentication or access controls;
- attempt to access data belonging to another company or unauthorized user;
- reverse engineer or misuse the application;
- use the application to make unauthorized changes to connected systems;
- share credentials, authentication codes, tokens, or confidential business information with unauthorized persons.

Kickpoint Golf LLC may suspend or revoke access at any time.

3. Read-Only Design

Kickpoint Assistant is designed as a read-only application.

The application may retrieve business information from connected services such as QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Graph, but its exposed business-data functions are not intended to create, edit, delete, or post accounting transactions or operational records.

4. Third-Party Services

Kickpoint Assistant may connect to third-party services, including:

- Intuit QuickBooks Online;
- Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365;
- Cloudflare services.

Use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider.

Kickpoint Golf LLC is an independent developer and does not claim that Intuit, QuickBooks, Microsoft, or Cloudflare endorses Kickpoint Assistant.

5. Financial Information

Financial information displayed by Kickpoint Assistant is retrieved from connected accounting systems and is intended for internal business reference.

The application is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or audit advice.

Users remain responsible for verifying material financial decisions against the authoritative accounting records and, where appropriate, qualified professional advisors.

6. Availability and Accuracy

Kickpoint Golf LLC seeks to provide accurate and timely information, but the application may be temporarily unavailable or may reflect delays, errors, incomplete upstream data, synchronization issues, or third-party service interruptions.

Kickpoint Golf LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be error-free.

Information accessible through Kickpoint Assistant may include confidential business, customer, financial, sales, order, and operational information.

Authorized users must protect this information and may not disclose it except as permitted by Kickpoint Golf LLC.

Users must follow applicable security requirements, including any authentication, one-time password, access-control, and account-protection procedures required by Kickpoint Golf LLC or its service providers.

Access may be terminated when:

- a user no longer requires access;
